MIMM.app — Individual Entrepreneur Vladimir Chaban, Georgia

Last updated: October 26, 2026

MIMM.app is a business platform (CRM) that companies use to run sales, rentals, warehouse and customer communication. This policy explains what personal data MIMM.app processes, including data received from Facebook Messenger and Instagram when a company connects its Facebook Page or Instagram professional account, and how it is used.

Who is responsible

MIMM.app is operated by Individual Entrepreneur Vladimir Chaban, Georgia. Contact: [email protected].

Each company that uses MIMM.app (our customer) decides which channels it connects and how it communicates with its own clients. For the messages of its clients the company is the data controller and MIMM.app processes the data on its behalf.

What data we process

Account data of company employees — name, phone number, email, used to sign in and to separate access rights.

Facebook and Instagram connection data — the list of Pages and Instagram professional accounts the employee chose to connect, and the Page access token issued by Meta. Tokens are stored encrypted and are used only to receive and send messages of the connected Page or account.

Messages — text, photos, videos, audio and files that people send to the company's Page or Instagram account, and the company's replies, with the date and delivery/read status.

Profile of the person who writes to the company — the name, username and profile picture provided by Meta for that conversation (Page-scoped or Instagram-scoped ID), shown to the company's employees in the chat.

Technical data — logs needed to deliver messages and fix errors.

Why we use it

To show the company's employees their conversations with clients in one inbox and let them reply.

To link a conversation with the client's record in the company's CRM (orders, bookings, invoices).

If the company turns on AI features — to suggest or send replies on behalf of the company, to transcribe voice messages and describe attachments.

We do not use data received from Meta for advertising, do not build profiles for third parties and do not sell personal data.

Who receives the data

The company that connected the Page or account and its authorized employees.

Service providers that process data on our behalf: hosting and storage providers; when the company enables AI features — AI providers (such as OpenAI and ElevenLabs) that process message content only to produce the requested reply, transcription or description.

Authorities, if required by law.

Storage and retention

Data is stored on MIMM.app servers and the company's file storage and is transferred over encrypted connections (TLS). Messages are kept while the company uses MIMM.app or until the company or the person concerned asks to delete them. Access tokens stop working when the MIMM.app integration is removed in Facebook settings, and are deleted on request.

Your rights and data deletion

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data. How to request deletion of data received from Facebook or Instagram is described on the Data Deletion page. You can also contact the company you were writing to, or write to [email protected].

Children

MIMM.app is a business tool and is not directed at children under 13.

Changes

We will update this page if the policy changes. The date at the top shows the current version.
