These terms apply to the use of MIMM.app, a business platform operated by Individual Entrepreneur Vladimir Chaban, Georgia ([email protected]). By using MIMM.app the company and its employees accept these terms.

The service

MIMM.app provides CRM, inventory, rental, website and communication tools, including connecting the company's Facebook Pages and Instagram professional accounts to receive and answer messages from its clients.

Accounts

The company is responsible for its employees' accounts and access rights and for keeping sign-in data secret. Connect only Pages and accounts that the company manages.

Messaging rules

Follow the Meta Platform Terms, Messenger Platform and Instagram Platform policies, including the 24-hour messaging window.

Do not send spam, unsolicited advertising or unlawful content, and do not use the service to harass people.

The company is responsible for the content of its messages, including replies sent by AI features it enables.

Data

The company owns its data. MIMM.app processes it as described in the Privacy Policy and only to provide the service.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, including when Meta or other third-party services are unavailable or change their rules. To the extent permitted by law, MIMM.app is not liable for indirect damages or lost profit.

Suspension

We may suspend access in case of violation of these terms or of Meta policies.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version.
